32 Years and Still Going Strong

The Richmond Certified Farmers Market was established in 1984 when there were only about nine farmers market in the East Bay Area.  Of course now it seems like every city in the San Francisco Bay Area has at least one farmers market, if not more.  The market is located at the corner of 24th Street and Barrett Ave. in Richmond California, and it is open every Friday from 8:00am until 5:00pm.  The market has a variety of fresh fruits and vegetables, along with some other offerings like fresh eggs.  There is ample off street parking and some street parking as well.
